Hypnobabies Class

Matt and I started 'hypnobabies' class a few weeks ago. This is a 6 week 'baby' class that teaches you how to really go for a natural child birth by using hypnosis and deep relaxation. Now, I know there are probably some of you reading this who are thinking 'Taryn's crazy, hypnosis - really?' - but this class actually has been wonderful and has really taught me how to relax and get my mind in a deep state of relaxation. Matt is totally on board as well and enjoys our class and our sessions at home. I love how into it he is and how supportive he is - he is going to be a great birthing coach! This class is not only wonderful for encouraging a natural childbirth, but it can help in lots of aspects of life - I for one always get worked up about things and the techniques I'm learning in this class will really help me relax, and destress myself. Our class is every Wednesday night until the last week of August - we'll see if Baby Girl T stays cookin' that long (39 weeks). I keep telling Matt I have 'a feeling' she's coming sometime in August. But, if she takes after her me at all, she'll probably prove me wrong, be stubborn and come late, ha! We shall see...
