Since we are in the process of packing/moving, we decided to skip the whole Christmas things at our house -- being 7 mos pregnant, I didn't want to deal with unpacking all of our Christmas stuff, then packing it up right before Christmas to move. But, we LOVE Christmas time and didn't want to miss out - and or course didn't want Ashlyn to miss out on the joy of the Holidays so we helped my parents pick out their tree this year. We also went over there and had nice dinner, and decorated the tree. Ashlyn's ornament this year was of course - Tinkerbell - and instead on putting "Tink" on the tree, she carries her around, sits with her, sits Tink next her when she has dinner. She also saw that there were Minnie Mouse and Micky ornaments and had to carry them too. So, now she puts those 3 in her little Tink box and carries them around (only at my parents house). It's so cute.
She loves the tree and when it's dark, and the tree is all lit up, she walks over there an dances in front as we sing "Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Chrismas Tree". She will turn in circles and sing her version. She is definitely getting into the Christmas spirit.
