One of the best things about living in Ladera is having so many things in walking distance from our house - we have about 4 different parks, 2 pools, 2 water parks, restaurants, a Farmers Market, bike/hiking trails - just to name a few. The other day we took Ashlyn to the park with the baby swings and she loved it! She loves being outside, being around people and observing. She loves to watch other kids run around and loves being at the park.
